Beverly H. St. John, Broker, has been in Santa Rosa County real
estate since 1967. |

Her mother, Mazie
B. Hoodless, Realtor, was the first woman real estate broker in
Santa Rosa County and was a member of the Santa Rosa County
Board of Realtors. Beverly worked as a Realtor-Associate while
teaching in the public schools of Santa Rosa County. She retired
from teaching in 2005 but maintains close contact with former
co-workers and students who often seek her advice and service at
Santa Rosa Realty of NW Florida, Inc. She remains interested in
and knowledgeable about education in Santa Rosa County from
elementary to college level programs.
Beverly is a lifelong resident of Milton and has a special love
for the natural and historic treasures of her home county. She
co-produced for the Santa Rosa School system two videos on the
Blackwater River and its tributaries. These videos highlight the
environmental, economic, and historical features of the area.
Beverly is active in St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Milton and
is a member of other community groups. |

Joy Brown,
Realtor/Owner
Joy Brown, Realtor, began her career in real estate in 1996 as
an associate with a large national franchise agency. |

She
became a salesperson with Santa Rosa Associates, Inc. in 1997.
When the opportunity arose, she purchased the business in 2001
and began operating as Santa Rosa Realty of Northwest Florida,
Inc. with Beverly H. St. John, Realtor, as Broker.
Joy is experienced in both sales and property management, and
the agency manages 80 to 100 residential units. Joy Brown is a
multi-million dollar sales producer. She is experienced in sales
of residential, investment, and unimproved property. With her
husband, she owns, raises, and trains Arabian horses. Joy enjoys
playing with her seven (soon to be eight) grandchildren. |

Amanda Merritt,
Realtor
Amanda Merritt Realtor, joined her mother Joy Brown Realtor,
Owner of Santa Rosa Realty in 2004 as Joy's assistant. |

Amanda obtained her
Real Estate license in March 2007. She is experienced in
property management and is gaining experience in residential
sales.
Amanda a Milton native is very active in W.H. Rhodes Elementary
where her son attends school. She enjoys shopping and spending
all her spare time with her husband and her very imaginative
son. |
